What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to remember your actions and preferences over time, and they help website owners understand how their site is being used.
How RetailCardz Uses Cookies
RetailCardz uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function correctly, including page navigation, security, keeping you signed in to your account, and remembering your saved or favourite coupons and stores.
- Preference cookies — remember choices you have made, such as your cookie consent selection.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the website, so that we can improve it. This information is collected in aggregate.
- Advertising cookies — set by third-party advertising vendors to help serve and measure advertisements.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect aggregated information about how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source. This information is used only to understand and improve the performance of the website.
Third-Party Advertising Cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve advertisements based on a user’s prior visits to this website or to other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve advertisements to our users based on their visit to RetailCardz and/or other sites on the internet.
Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Users may also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
Affiliate Tracking Cookies
When you click an affiliate link on this website, the affiliate network or the retailer may set a cookie that records the referral so that any commission is attributed correctly. These cookies are set by those third parties and not by RetailCardz. Please see our Disclaimer / Affiliate Disclosure for more information.
Managing Your Cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie consent notice on this website, and you may change your choice at any time.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of this website from working correctly, including account login and saved coupons.
